We can access your home in whichever way is most convenient and secure for you. We're happy to use a key, garage code, or front door code – whatever you prefer. We take security very seriously and will treat your home with the utmost respect.

After each walk, you'll receive a detailed report through the Time To Pet app. This report will include a short message summarizing the walk, along with pictures of your dog enjoying their time outside. You'll also be able to see the GPS route we took and any other important information regarding the walk, such as potty breaks or any noteworthy events.

Our rate for a 30-minute neighborhood dog walk is $30+HST. If you have multiple dogs who will be joining the walk, there's an additional charge of $5+HST per extra dog.

We can definitely help your dog build the foundations for loose-leash walking during our walks. We'll use positive reinforcement and gentle guidance to teach your dog to walk politely by your side.

It's important to remember that achieving consistent loose-leash walking requires ongoing practice and reinforcement outside of our sessions. We'll provide you with the knowledge and tools to continue the training at home.

Since this requires dedicated focus and attention during the walk, there's an additional charge of $10+ HST per walk for loose-leash walking training.
